Cookie Policy

fluenci.ai Inc. uses a small number of cookies and browser storage keys. This page explains each category and how to control them.

1. Essential session cookies

When you sign in with Google, Apple or email, our authentication provider stores a session token in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage. These keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and gate access to paid scenarios. The service cannot function without them, so they are set without consent as strictly necessary cookies.

2. Simulator draft auto-save

The flight simulator saves your in-progress prompt drafts, attempt counts, selected scenario and guest progress to your browser’s local storage on a debounce, so a refresh or a dropped connection never loses your work. This data stays on your device until you sign in (when guest progress is migrated to your account) or you clear your browser storage.

3. Performance and marketing telemetry

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand which pages and campaigns work. These cookies record page views, referrers, approximate location and aggregated device information. They are not used to read your prompts or scores.

  • _ga / _ga_* — Google Analytics visitor and session measurement.
  • _gcl_* — Google Ads conversion attribution.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to disable analytics. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent scenarios from loading. Clearing local storage discards unsaved simulator drafts.
